PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

To prepare the students to be competent nurse practitioners/teachers

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

1. To train students in the prevention of diseases and restoration of health.
2. To equip graduates with the needed skills in the conduct of community and extension services to improve and enhance the nursing practice.
3. To train students to conduct research and package technologies on appropriate and effective methods of preventing diseases and maintaining health.
